After the success of Tricks Up My Sleeve it was time to release something new. It became Made of Stars, which is also my very first duet ever. I managed to get one of the best singers in the Netherlands to sing the song with me: Lisa Lois! That’s right, you may know Lisa as the winner of X-Factor. She won the 2009 edition of the talent show with a widely acclaimed version of Hallelujah. I’m genuinely thrilled that she wanted to record this song with me. I wrote the song together with my good friend Niels Geusebroek, by the way.

A few weeks ago we visited Arno Krabman’s Graveland Studio with the band, and in a single day we put the track down on tape. And since we were there anyway, we shot a music video at the same time. You can find it here:
