Appear in the video for Make It On Your Own with your child!

DO YOU WANT TO APPEAR IN THE VIDEO FOR MY NEW SINGLE MAKE IT ON YOUR OWN WITH YOUR CHILD?

I wrote Make It On Your Own for my daughter Lizzy, really with the thought that when I’m gone one day I’ll have left something behind for her. A small musical monument, perhaps. What I think would be amazing is if you could do the same thing with this song. So the idea is this: let’s make a video that you can all be part of. How are we going to do that?

• Film yourself with your child and show how crazy you are about each other. As far as I’m concerned it can be wrestling and jumping on the sofa, walking in the park, a kiss on the cheek, a pat on the head. Or just looking into the camera together. Whatever you like!

Practical: Make sure you film it horizontally (!) and then send the video via WhatsApp to this number: 0630708003. You can also send it via WeTransfer to clip@edstruijlaart.nl.

If you don’t have children but are someone’s child yourself: you’re of course also welcome to shoot a video with your parents on your initiative. I’m not fussy, you know ;).
