Ed Sheeran Ziggo Dome, after-show!

We’re on a roll! Today it was announced that next Monday I get to do the after-show for Ed Sheeran at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Wait, Ed Sheeran, Ziggo Dome… yes, you heard that right. Completely sold out, of course. During the afterparty in the members’ lounge I get to show what I’m made of. Pretty cool, and an honour to be playing on the same evening as an international legend like that!

Update: wow, what a showman that Ed Sheeran is… I knew he was good, but I hadn’t expected him to have the entire Ziggo Dome eating out of his hand, completely solo. He made it look absolutely effortless. Even the technical issues halfway through the show (the sound suddenly cut out during a song. I have to say I thought it was intentional) didn’t put him in trouble at all. The audience was hanging on his every word, and then it was my turn to play a few songs in the members’ lounge during the afterparty. It was great to spot fellow artists Judy Blank and Matt Simons in the crowd. I headed home fully inspired. For now I can only dream of ever standing on that stage. Who knows!
