About Ed
Ed Struijlaart is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and storyteller who effortlessly moves between theater, the club circuit, festivals and the podcast world. With his warm voice, strong songs and outspoken love for the guitar, he has built a versatile career in recent years where musicality and storytelling take center stage.
Ed broke through nationally with original work that earned multiple plays on Dutch national radio (NPO Radio 2 Topsongs) and a platinum record for Make It On Your Own. His music earned him nominations for a 3FM Award and a 100% NL Award, among others. Since then, he has grown into an artist who refuses to be pinned down to one format or stage.

Besides his solo career, Ed developed the successful Gitaarmannen concept, translating his passion for the instrument into sold-out theater performances and a popular podcast where he interviews top national and international guitarists.
